From June 7th to 9th, 2024, Executive Chef Doan Van Tuan was honored to participate in the International Culinary Art Food Expo 2024 in Sri Lanka as a member of the judging panel. This year’s Culinary Art Food Expo 2024 gathers over 2000 chefs from hotels, resorts, and restaurants in Sri Lanka and neighboring countries to compete. Additionally, more than 100 exhibitors will showcase food stalls, advanced culinary technology, and trending culinary innovations.
