With more than 1,000 guests in attendance, the Danang Tourism Festival 2024 concluded successfully at the Ariyana Convention Centre Danang. The event attracted over 300 domestic and international buyers, along with more than 600 tourism enterprises, fostering unique connections and contributing to the sustainable development of Danang’s tourism industry.

Under the theme “Smart Connections – Sparking Innovation,” the two-day event, held on October 17-18, 2024, featured more than 80 exhibition booths showcasing potential tourism products. This occasion provided organizations and businesses the opportunity to network, promote their brands, and achieve significant cooperation outcomes.

Notably, this year’s Danang Tourism Festival marked the 20th anniversary of the Danang Tourism Association (2004-2024), reaffirming the coastal city’s pivotal role in Vietnam’s tourism sector.

Additionally, various activities such as the 4th Congress of the Danang Tourism Association Delegates, a seminar on Smart Tourism, and a large-scale business networking space provided meaningful and engaging experiences for participants.

During the closing ceremony, Mr. Cao Tri Dung, Chairman of the Danang Tourism Association, emphasized the importance of understanding the “bottlenecks” and needs of tourists to better meet their expectations, thereby positioning Danang as a friendly and attractive destination for both domestic and international visitors.
