ACC’s cloakroom facilities are located on the Ground Floor and can be altered to accommodate the storage of delegate bags and coats to your requirements. The cloakrooms are only opened on request and can be operated on cash or account basis. Visitor can pay $2 per visitor or as the Organiser you may choose to cover the staffing of the cloakroom facilities to provide complimentary cloakroom for event delegates.

We recommend that Event Organisers use them for event with 100 delegates or more.


The ACC Management strives to return lost items back to the rightful owner. Lost and found articles depending on their natures are catalogued and held from 3 days up to maximum 12 months.

All claims should be directed to the attention of ACC Security department at with detailed descriptions of the article, event name, the date it was lost and contact information including a phone number.
