DHA Cup 2024 Closing Ceremony at Ariyana Convention Center Danang: Honoring Tr'Hy Agricultural Products and Commitment to Sustainable Development

The annual DHA CUP 2024, organized by the Danang Hotel Association (DHA), took place from May 11 to May 19, 2024, at the Tuyen Son Sports Complex football stadium in Danang. The event featured competition from16 tourism enterprises from across the city.

The Ariyana Convention Center Danang proudly sponsored this year’s tournament, partnering with DHA to create a healthy and enjoyable sporting event. The aim was to promote sportsmanship, enhance connections, and foster cooperation among hotels and tourism businesses in Danang.

After more than a week of intense and thrilling matches, DHA CUP 2024 concluded successfully with a Gala Dinner on May 19th at the Ariyana Convention Center Danang. The event was a blend of an intimate and cheerful yet formal atmosphere.

On this occasion, the Danang Hotel Association, represented by Chairman Nguyen Duc Quynh, donated VND 20 million to support a sustainable agricultural development project with Co Tu farmers in Tr’Hy commune, Tay Giang district, Quang Nam province. The plan includes purchasing clean agricultural products from the Co Tu community to supply to the association’s members, thereby assisting the highland residents.

Besides the musical performances that enlivened the party, the Ariyana Convention Center Danang also treated guests to rustic dishes rich in the local flavors of Danang – Tay Giang. These dishes, such as black chicken and Tay Giang pork accompanied by forest vegetables like mac khen, doi seeds, and fragrant herbs, were prepared with elegance and skill. Fresh seafood from the central coastal region of Danang was also served at the party. This not only showcased the beauty of local cuisine but also symbolized the convention center’s commitment to sustainable development and giving back to the community.
