The Da Nang Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism recently held a programme in Ha Noi and HCM City to publicize Da Nang’s MICE tourism (meetings, incentives, conferences and exhibitions) and introduce promotional packages to be available in the city in the low tourism season.
The city introduced its infrastructure development as well as typical tourism products so that businesses in Ha Noi and HCM City could understand more about Da Nang’s tourism activities. The event also aimed at opening more opportunities for cooperation among local businesses.
The Department reported that 90 units have registered for the Da Nang Tourism Promotion Programme 2014 so far. These businesses will offer approximately 20,000 discount vouchers which give between 5 and 50% off on tourism services including more than 10 new products for visitors.
